KAI, written by Keena Ferguson, directed by Fred Thomas, produced by Edwin Murrow and Ferguson, is currently making extensive festival rounds and has distribution on several television stations. Peppur has spent the last three years starring as "Harlem" in the cabaret, Harlem's Night: A Cabaret Story which she wrote and produced. Her experience with KAI renewed her passion for additional work. Chambers is branching out and will appear in another self-created project this fall. However, she is more-than-ready to work on meaningful projects with great stories and solid characters. Chambers began acting in 2000 when she moved from Chicago to New York and left behind her life as a Chicago Bulls "Luvabull" dancer and a career in mutual funds marketing. She studied at HB Studios and Black Nexxus with amazingly talented instructors and students before heading to Los Angeles in 2004. Resume Headshots IMDB Representation Join Peppur's mailing list: |
