Hello - another update for you. If you missed the first one (RZO'ers, it's below. I figured since you're
all busy "working", you may not have time to read these things, but didn't want to exclude. Please
forward to Kathleen; can't remember her email...and anyone else who may want to read.)

Saturday I finally went to the beach - Santa Monica - and it was beautiful! I sat and read "The
Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. It's amazing in that it's about reaching your dreams and living a good life.
I highly recommend it! (I actually left the beach and went home to write! I wrote for 5 hours straight!)

Yesterday I went to my first Beverly Hills mansion party! It was Bill Maher's (sp) place. Not in his
home, but on the acres and acres BEHIND his home. Amazing. I learned from the head assistant guy that Ben
Affleck lived in the guest house area and Drew Barrymore also lived on the property, but that her place
burned down! Remember seeing that on the news? Neat. (Well, not the fire, of course.)

Anyway, my friend is the DJ, so that's how I got invited. I had to drive up to the valet, give my name
and so on. It was funny - I'm never ready for the valet...always fumbling for my keys and purse and crap
while they're standing there holding the door with a plastic smile. I get in the party - I wore this pink
halter thing Terri gave me, jeans and flip-flops (of course!) and I fit in perfectly. Other girls were
prancing around in their heels and boy was I comfortable!

There were two or three bars, a pool with guest towels available, a coffee/espresso bar, an ice-cream
sundae station, the guest house, a play room w/a pool table and a tiki bar above that, a trampoline,
screening room, and a batting cage I never found.

There were a few celebs in attendance - Kid or Play from Kid-n-Play, that famous porn guy (someone had to
point him out to me), and Kelly ____ an actor from "One on One". He and I got into quite the argument
about voting and the war. Bill came over and asked us to be quiet! ha! Imagine - the politically
incorrect guy coming over to tell us we were being politically incorrect!

Since I was by myself, I did a lot of floating. Finally played pool. You guys....I was AMAZING! I'd had
two Manhattans (in honor of Manhattan) and was making these shots I couldn't believe I could make. People
were cheering me on! My partner was from POLAND and barely spoke English! But we beat the cocky bastards
we were up against. Good won over evil, definitely! (The game was such a good analogy for believing in
yourself! I surprised myself.)

I hooked up with one guy I'd met when visiting my cousin Travis here a few years ago. He and his friend
were going to the Mondrian Hotel's Sky Bar for a nightcap. I went of course. The guy was driving some new
BMW that was kind of a convertible..very cool, of course, but I loooove my Camry! The Sky Bar is outside
and has heating lamps and chaise lounges...we sat around and talked. No more drinking. Nice, relaxing.
The stars were beautiful.

I stopped on the way home for a crispy taco at an mexican-american drive-in place. Got home at 2am, and
called it a wrap!

I'm going to take an acting class on Wednesday and start doing drop-off's of my headshots to casting
agents tomorrow. Wish me luck, please.

Hugs and kisses!
